Not Just a Treat: an evaluation of the Scottish Arts Council's National Lottery 'Arts and Social Inclusion' Scheme

This project was carried out in association with the Centre for Cultural Policy Research, University of Glasgow. It aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a scheme for promoting the arts in Social Inclusion Partnerships, including success in engaging the SIPs to use the arts to tackle exclusion; and impact on participants and the wider community. Methods used included interviews, focus groups, postal survey and deskwork.
